Please note that under most circumstances, we do not offer refunds: items can be returned for a store credit note.
To be eligible for a return, the book must be unread and in the same condition it was purchased or received in.
We will ask for proof of purchase – if purchased online we will have records, but in-store purchases must be returned with a receipt.
Damaged booksSometimes, books arrive damaged, or with printing errors. We’re happy to exchange any badly damaged goods for a new copy – if you ordered online, please send us an email including photos of the damage and we will help you.
If you have purchased a gift for somebody but would like to give them the opportunity to exchange it, that is no problem: they will need to arrange returning the book to us (by post or in-store) and will receive the original purchase price as credit for another item.
